1. Seller of Record & Fulfillment
All sales are made by Natuross LLC, 7901 4th St N, Suite 10118, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA.
Our handcrafted copper panels are produced and shipped from our workshop in Turkey.
When you make a purchase, your contract of sale is with Natuross LLC. Production, packaging, and logistics are handled by our workshop team in Turkey.
2. Taxes, Duties & Import (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP)
All orders are shipped from Turkey.
We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to the United States and all other destinations, meaning import duties, customs taxes, and clearance fees are fully prepaid and included in your total price.
You will not pay any additional customs or brokerage fees at delivery — all import charges are covered by us.
For U.S. orders, we collect and remit sales tax at checkout where required by law, ensuring compliance with U.S. state tax rules while maintaining a fee-free delivery experience.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders
- Ships from: Turkey via FedEx with tracking
- Estimated delivery: about 3 weeks
- No extra fees or taxes due at delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly by region
4. Cancellations & Returns
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase if production has not yet started.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production begins.

5. Products & Services
All copper backsplashes and wall panels are handcrafted and may have minor variations in color, patina, or surface texture — these are natural characteristics of genuine metal and are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
6. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. Orders may be limited or canceled at our discretion, including those using the same billing/shipping address, credit card, or account.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update your information (including email and payment details) to complete transactions and contact you as needed.
