Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions (and a return label if applicable).
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Because each backsplash is handcrafted and often made to your requested size, color, or design,
the following items cannot be returned:
- Made-to-order or personalized products
- Custom-sized panels
- Special finishes or designs made on request
Only in-stock, non-custom items are eligible for returns.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please email us before ordering — we’re happy to help.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different product is to place a new order, and return the original item if it is eligible for return.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund was approved.
If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
