Cancellations

  • Cancellations accepted within 12 hours of purchase if production has not yet started.
  • Once production begins, made-to-order items cannot be canceled.

Returns

  • Our products are either made to order (custom) or in stock.
  • Made-to-order items are custom (made to size, color, and design) and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • In-stock items can be returned:
    • Request return: within 30 days of delivery
    • Ship items back: within 60 days of delivery
    • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
